I was very pleased with the boiler installation Jamie and team did for me. He provided a competitive quote and gave me some good advice on the available boiler options. He suggested a Vaillant Ecofit boiler, as they are Vaillant accredited this came with a 7 year guarantee instead of the usual 2. The work was done within a week of my accepting his quote which was excellent as my old boiler was on its last legs. He arrived on time the 3 times he visited the work was done to a high standard and in a very professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie and team for any plumbing and heating work. I will certainly be choosing them for the servicing of the boiler and any additional plumbing work I may require in future.

Jamie has now refurbished both our downstairs bathroom in Q4 2018 and the upstairs bathroom in April 2019 . We are delighted with the result of both as we now have high quality wetrooms which will last a long time. Clearly there is an awful lot of disruption to the household routine when you have this type of work done , and through good planning , Jamie kept this to the bare minimum . All his tradesmen , whether joiner , plasterer , electrician , tiler , or plumber , were experienced and provided a quality job . His pricing was competitive and there was no extra cost , the invoice was as estimated . We would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie to any prospective customers who want to refurbish their bathrooms .

Jamie and Darren completed a complete boiler replacement in just a day and a half. They removed all the old tanks, sealed off piping and fitted a new Windsor Bosch combi boiler. I also asked them if they could move the stop cock to a more accessible location, which they did. All round an excellent, professional, pleasant and tidy job carried out. Would have no issue recommending these guys.

Jamie has helped me out on numerous occasions. Many call outs have been minor problems which, nevertheless, have defeated seasoned plumbers. Every time jobs have been completed quickly with minimal fuss at a very fair price. I am most grateful for the maintenance work on my boiler. Prior to Jamie's intervention, even the Worcester engineers had difficulty resolving recurrent problems. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I inherited an old boiler when I bought my home, it was never quite right but Jamie did a great job servicing it and keeping it going. This year it finally gave up and I had no hesitation in asking Jamie to see if it could be fixed and, if not, quote for a replacement. He responded quickly to my email, arrived when he said he would, checked out the old boiler and, as it wasn't economical to fix, booked in a date to install a replacement. He provided some advice on the options and a couple of quotes. I checked out the options myself and discussed with a friend down south who had a new boiler recently, we concluded Jamie had recommended the right option for me and the quotes were very reasonable and professionally presented. Jamie completed the installation quickly and efficiently, he took all the rubbish away and left the work area tidy, provided comprehensive paperwork and answered all the questions I had. It was the middle of lockdown and I was completely reassured by his attention to safety and respect for me and my home. He returned a couple of weeks later as planned, to check the filter and flush the heating system, again he arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am delighted to recommend Jamie as a trustworthy, reliable and professional tradesman.
