“James was fantastic. Very friendly, punctual and left everything neat. Took his time, explained things. My issue was a leaky radiator which had leaked a substantial amount of water under my carpet. He fixed the leaked and lifted a part of the carpet for me so I could lift the rest and dry off any water. My combi was a different problem however as it had a leak on the pipe which he tried to fix though this was not one of my job requests. He gave me a genuine feeling of someone who cares. He also charged me a super competitive price. Highly recommend him.”

And even took time out to come a make sure all the shower times were all there. kept us informed all the way through out the job. With out a doubt would recommend James and call him for any other jobs I need doing. Even have him the keys to the house so he could come and go while doing the work. A FANTASTIC trades man ! And his attention to detail is fantastic to boot!”
