Just wanted to leave a thumbs up here for this great company. No pushy saleman style, just straightforward measuring and explanation, choice in glass and quick responses to emails. Came when promised and hugely impressed me on the day. The two chaps who came were friendly and polite and worked like trojans, being at pains to leave the house weather-tight before leaving on the first day, when to my surpirse they managed to fit all four windows in place by 2.30 pm and popped back to finish the insides the next morning and were done by 10.30! Lovely windows! Look so good! Heartily recommended!

Paterson windows conducted an excellent installation of quality windows. Their fitters, Tim and Luke were very courteous, proficient and tidy. We were extremely impressed with the work done.

John Paterson "The Window Company" promote amazing customer service and a 10 year warranty with their products. 4.5years after fitting a new composite door at our home, the door bowed and warped pulling the frame away from the house. John Paterson made little effort with the manufacturer to rectify the issue and I had to do this myself. Following a thorough investigation by them, it transpires the door was not fitted as per manufacturer guidelines. John Patterson is unwilling to help, ignores my contact and therefore his 10 year guarantee to worthless.

Very pleased with newly fited patio doors a new kitchen door. Neat tidy work and excellent quality fittings. Involved cutting out a lot of bricks but John and Andrew seemed to somehow keep dust and debris to a minimum. Delighted with end result!

This company replaced the roof of my conservatory and fitted a replacement window. Both jobs were completed to the highest standard by friendly and competent staff. The work included plastering and fitting lights. I have used the firm before for replacing windows and this gave me confidence to use them for the big job of the new conservatory roof. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent quality of product and workmanship … fitting was amazingly quick (just 2 days!) and it was a big job. Totally professional service from survey to completion … very impressed n highly recommend.
