"We contacted Jordan after losing all hope - we had been in touch with several plumbers and those either didn’t respond or did not follow through with any solutions, and we had gone 2 months with no shower. Jordan came out just a few days after enquiring and spent an hour trying to find a solution to our broken electric shower. Despite never working on our type of shower before Jordan did everything he could to find a solution - contacting several suppliers the same day. After sourcing a new shower unit to see if it was a case of changing the button, we soon had our shower fixed in no time."
