Contacted this company through checkatrade after a leak developed in lounge under flat roof. Arrived in a timely fashion and assessed work. Agreed repairs and price. Came next day to carry out work - there for about 2 hours. Two days later it rained and leak continued as before. Called to complain. He arrived following day and again said he would fix. Three days later leak in same spot. Total failure to carry out work as agreed. Tried to contact by email twice, no response to enquiries. No invoice provided despite request Have taken money and done nothing to fix flat roof issues.
