“Karl was first class. Discussed our requirements, provided a fair quote and did all (and more) of what we needed. We had just moved into our new home 4 days before Christmas, and straight after he and a colleague came and fitted a new distribution board, changed all the old light fittings, put an extractor fan into the bathroom, fitted new wall lights, security lights, wall mounted our TV and tested heater in the conservatory. Nothing was a problem. Excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. Really helped settle us into our new home and removed a lot of the stress! Would 100% recommend.”

My initial contact and communication to get a quote for the job was excellent. I felt reassured that I had a fair quote for the job and being asked to send pictures helped this. The arranging of the appointment was quick and the job was carried out professionally. They went the extra mile to move and replace boxes we had in the loft covering the area needed to be accessed. At all times they were polite and friendly and I am so pleased we used Jackson Electrical. I’d have no hesitation in using them again in the future and 100% recommend them. One happy customer!
Guys arrived on time, very polite and professional, a joy to have around and didn't make you uncomfortable, the work was completed and finished to a very high standard and followed through with certifications. Definitely recommend and will be going back too in the future. Awesome job.

"Thank you for your feedback in response to our electricians attending your callout, which if you look, is the 1st negative feedback response in 4yrs with Trustatrader, left for ourselves. In response to your being charged £70.00 please see below the breakdown. 1. 1 hour round trip to your location. 2. 1 hour spent at the property. 3. Storage heater CU RCD main switch switched on and all 3 NIGHT STORAGE HEATERS were switched on (from off) at the same CU. 4. 4. All three storage heaters switched to the ‘’ON’’ position and questions asked why they were off? 5. No understanding as to why they were in the off position from yourself only stating ‘’ The last electrician left them off ‘’? 6. On asking why the other electrician has not returned ‘’ he won’t answer his phone ‘’ 7. We rang said electrician whilst on site, and he refused to answer. 8. On asking if we could get in the plant room to check incoming supply ‘’ No key ‘’. 9. We then asked a neighbour for said key,
Great work, use a few times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Always makes times to suit you and around work commitments. No job too much trouble and would highly recommend. Great job Karl Many thanks once again 👏

The electrician from Jackson Electrical was very polite on the phone. Agreed to come and look at my issue the following morning. Arrived at the agreed time. Fixed the issue and also helped with another separate issue. Very happy with the service. Couldn't recommend enough.

Karl turned up when he said he would and completed the job within the quoted fee. He actually offered to fit me in the day after I enquired which was great - only didn't do it as it wasn't convenient for me. Would recommend - will use again
Fantastic, efficient and completed the work quicker than expected. Also thoroughly checked all of house electrics even before contracted. The job was finished with the least amount of upheaval and you wouldn't even know my floor boards needed to be lifted. Thank you so much.
If you want the best look no further than Karl. Outstanding in all aspects of his work, always offers to go the extra mile. Approachable, knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, instills confidence, great work ethic and takes the time to explain in simple words what the work entails. Had an issue with a bedroom light. Appointment booked with ease. Karl arrived on time and messaged before arriving. He was polite and friendly throughout. He explained what had gone wrong with the lighting and resolved the issue really quickly. Pricing was also reasonable. Would be using him for any issues again without any hesitation and recommend to friends.
I had to have an ensuite light/extracter switch moved by 13cms to allow a cupboard to be built on the outside of the ensuite wall. Karl and Scott arrived on agreed time and went straight to work. They were both pleasant and dilligent in the work required despite a part of a hidden doorframe which was a bit problematic to make space for the switch unit as it was moved. They worked as a team and were very clean an tidy as they finished the work and at a reasonable price Well Done and would definitly recommend them.
Brilliant came the day I contacted them. Rang to say when they were on their way. Came prepared with new part going on how I’d described the problem. Done, dusted, sorted and job done in a few minutes. Brilliant.
I gave Jackson Electricals a phone call, Carl Jackson advised he would call round to my home and give me a quote. He viewed the jobs and advised he would call me back later on in the day with the quote. He phoned when he promised he would, and I accepted the quote. Appointment was made for the jobs and he turned up as arranged and carried out the jobs for me. Carl and Scott were very friendly, polite and very cheerful men, They carried out a quality job, professional, with no mess, and I would certainly recommend Jackson Electrical for work.
