Highly recommend this company! Communication was faultless from the start, the quote was fair, the work was completed well, and all mess tidied away throughly. The icing on the cake is that Simon is a lovely guy to have around! The whole experience was a breath of fresh air compared to the hard sell from a national window company. Quick, excellent service in a crisis with a broken window hinge
Simon Jackson himself did the replacement and he was professional, polite, thorough and efficient. His colleague who came to do the viewing and quote was polite and delightful, this is what sold us on using Jackson glass. Even though they were the more expensive choice out of the three quotes we had, we chose them due to their customer service and attention to detail. This means everything in today’s society where alot of people are no longer warm, friendly, are rude and sometimes seem downright disconnected. This was a unique selling point. Keep up the great work Jackson Glass and co.
