Came across JAE by chance and what a blessing it was. From the very beginning James was very professional and presented very well. I showed him what we needed doing in our ensuit bathroom and he immediately used his experience and knowledge to advise on what we needed. He saved us some money by initially fixing our toilet (which we thought needed replacing) before replacing our shower enclosure with shower panels and new shower. I can’t recommend James enough, we are extremely happy with his work and will use him again in the future. Very very happy customer. Thank you again.

Complete bathroom renovation. James and Guy were fantastic and did an amazing job! The quality and workmanship they have really shows through in the completed bathroom! My bathroom was an old 1950s layout and they completely redid the very difficult plumbing and rebuilt the bathroom basically from scratch to fit the vastly different new design. All the challenges the job presented which weren't expected they took in their stride and the result was fantastic. They are lovely people to work with, kind and reliable, tidy, and respectful of our house and belongings so minimising the disruption which we really appreciated. They made the experience as seamless as possible and we felt secure and stress-free knowing they were doing the work. We will definitely return back to James next time we have a bathroom or kitchen needing work.

Complete Bathroom installations. James undertook our bathroom renewal project which took approximately 3 weeks to complete from start to finish. James is professional, friendly and most importantly his workmanship is excellent. He takes the time to listen and offer practical solutions. I would 100% recommend James for any bathroom projects.
