On arrival they check the rooms ad contacted the office for an adjustment whicch they fully explained and was reasonable. They worked efficiently, throughly and quickly. They were very polite but also friendly. I am very pleased with the results and am now considering having them come regularly for the maid service. They brought all the tools and cleaning products and left the whole house feeling so much cleaner and fresher."
