He responded promptly to my initial e.mails and turned up on the day and time stated, both for the assessment and for the actual work. Jake gave a clear written report beforehand which was supported by several photos, and also a detailed written quote. He also provided photos of the completed work, which involved several different repairs. They left the premises clean and tidy. Thanks again Jake for all you've done.”
