Always polite and punctual ……. Work carried out to a very high standard with no issues at all.

We cannot fault the work carried out. We had a full rear extension and a side first floor extension. They were excellent throughout. James and his team were always on hand to help out and talk us through every aspect of the build. Without such a committed and dedicated builder we wouldn’t have the house of our dreams. The quality of work was so good. We felt comfortable in our own home even in the upheaval of a house renovation we were not forgotten about. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, top quality building team then James, Luke and his team are your guys!

James and his team were reliable, courteous, polite and very helpful through the whole job. Keeping us constantly updated going above and beyond to get things right. Giving us options and suggesting alternatives. Can’t recommend James building and construction enough.

Jim and the team did an amazing job, knocking down walls and installing new large steels in our extension. Jim was very supportive and responsive throughout, taking on additional jobs for the project like plastering and brickwork with excellent communication throughout. The quality was superb, from a builder to trust.

It's hard to fully capture how amazing Jim has been within the small allowance for text here. Jim's work was overall outstanding, but what really stood out was his exceptional level of knowledge, professionalism, communication, dedication (working 7 days / week), attention for detail, tidiness, respectful of our home, problem solving and always available with instant replies. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jim. He's turned an ordinarily stressfull period into fun and worry free. We are thrilled with our new extension and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jim and his team. We had a positive experience from start to finish and are very pleased with the final build. One of the key factors for us was communication and Jim was excellent at this. He kept us updated everyday, explained things and got back to our questions straight away. We have young children and Jim was very mindful of this. They started and finished on time (early actually) and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim and his team to others. We will certainly use Jim again in the future.
