This is the second time I have used Japanese Knotweed Eradication for a Japanese Knotweed survey and in both cases I have been highly impressed with their service all around. Great comms, friendly staff, well informed surveyors doing a thorough job and happy to explain more over the phone if needed. Would recommend and would happily use again! Thanks!

"Highly recommend using this company for your Japanese knotweed needs. They put my mind at ease as I was losing sleep over this issue due to being concerned about the ability to sell my house. Alex fitted me in at short notice and within 24 hours of attending the site, we were placed under guarantee which allowed us to provide the mortgage company everything they needed so we could exchange. Polite, efficient, communicated with us at every step. Couldn’t have gone smoother! Nathan who attended for the first treatment arrived on time and was also polite and efficient. Thank you!"

The gentleman turned up exactly on time and had a look in my garden as I had a plant I suspected to be Japanese knotweed. He was very polite. He completed a survey for me and then emailed me over a detailed report explaining in simple terms the options open to me of how to deal with it.

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Get an itemised quote that separates plants and materials, any machinery or skip hire, and labour. A vague 'garden makeover' lump sum hides where the money goes and makes extra charges easy to add later.
Be wary of paying a large sum up front 'for materials'. Agree staged payments against work you can see completed, especially for hard landscaping like patios, decking, paving or driveways.
Tree work and anything near a boundary can be regulated. Protected trees and conservation areas often need permission, and removing a protected tree can be an offence. Confirm what is allowed, and that they carry public-liability insurance, before work starts.
