Simon was a real life-saver in helping us deal with our Japanese Knotweed issues. We had already signed up to another knotweed firm who were unavailable when we needed urgent advice at the weekend. Won't go into details, but his knowledge and practical approach helped to diffuse and avoid a potentially very difficult situation with a neighbour who wanted their gardener to treat our knotweed for us! I contacted the trader at 12 noon requesting for a survey to be carried out.
