He quoted for the job and that is what he invoiced me for. He worked hard, unsupervised and WITHOUT the usual moaning from tradesmen about the job being worse than expected and there were unanticipated problems. However, he did point out a few electrical problems which I addressed before the tenants moved in, thanks, Rob. Rob has a can-do attitude, pays attention to detail, and nothing is too much trouble.”
