"Two days before Christmas Eve our oven packed up and we had family coming from Kent and Hampshire . I went to Checkatrade and John contacted me first, gave me a quote , which i accepted. He ordered the part and kept me informed as to when the part would be delivered and when he could fit it. He arrived on time to fit it ,but encountered a problem with it but went away, researched the problem, and then came back on Christmas Eve and repaired the oven. He even contacted me on Christmas Day to check that everything was ok. I thoroughly recommend him as he puts the customer service first."
