We recently had our boiler installed and plumbing work completed with James and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. James arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. They were respectful of our home, kept the area tidy, and took the time to answer any questions I had. The new boiler is working perfectly, and the overall workmanship is excellent. James take pride in what he does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing and heating services. Came to sort out a leak under the shower that had ruined the ceiling underneath. Found the leak, got the job done in an hour, cleaned up after. Would recommend

Happy with James's work. He was efficient, pleasant and charged a fair price for replacing my kitchen sink.
The work was done within 24h of first contact and everything was done smoothly. We were told he'll come on the day and then was rescheduled last minute so we were anxious he wouldn't turn up at all but he did and did the job. Rate isn't unfair but on the high end. I didn't argue the price as it was a hard job and he fixed it quickly. Overall I would contact them again.
James did a great job on 2 properties for me, very available and meticulous. Would recommend highly

We needed a new electric shower put in urgently, James came and did this with the minimum of fuss, while cleaning up after himself.
I contacted James regarding an ‘airlock’ issue. Whilst it was late in the day, he kindly gave me directions on how to potentially fix it myself. This didn’t work (due to the severity of it) and he promptly arrived the following morning and sorted out the problem with minimal fuss. James is polite and friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. I would happily recommend him, and will no doubt use his services going forward.
