"From the moment we met David we realised that he was the gentleman we wanted to undertake our rear single storey extension and ground floor refurbishment. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, listened to our plans and ideas and then responded to these with his great expertise. He left us with the impression that we would be in safe hands (which was vital seeing as this build was being done with us expecting our second child within 5 months). David completely understood our time pressures and quickly provided us with a very detailed quotation. At no point did we ever have to chase him and he was always prompt in responding to our questions either by phone or email. In fact this never faltered throughout our build - which was an absolute joy. As part of our job did not require planning permission David suggested that we should not delay the start of our work so commenced the internal refurbishment of our property whilst we waited for planning permission to be granted. Again David was always working with us to ensure our deadline was met. David and the team arrived on site early every day and quickly became good friends with ourselves and our little boy - who absolutely adored them. They completely embraced his eagerness to be part of their team and could not have been kinder to him. As we remained on site throughout our project we had to keep our kitchen in a semi functioning state. David and his team understood this requirement and kept this space tidy and safe so that we could use it every day and allowed our little boy to still come and use the space as well. David worked with us on each variation we created, and was very quick to provide us with a written fee proposal for us to sign off. This ensured we were always aware of our expenditure and we never had any surprises. The workmanship of David and his team was great and we are now loving our great new family space."
