I cannot speak highly enough about their services in any respect. They responded promptly; they provided open and honest choices, with costings, that allowed me to make decisions; they managed my expectations throughout. They kept to the start and end dates, and provided photos to me of what they found and progress. They followed up with a satisfaction call and provided prompt invoicing.”
“My house is over 120yrs old and at the time of buying the house it was still the roof. Joe had been doing repair work on/off for me but it reached a point the whole thing needed replacing. Joe was brilliant from start to finish. It’s a big outlay of money but Joe was incredibly patient, from the way he explained everything to me and the time he took to work with the building officer at the council to make sure everything being done was compliant. The work was second to none and the roof looks so good now. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Joe to anyone.”
