Ian has come to our rescue on a number of occasions - he's always calm, methodical and gets the work done to an excellent standard, despite what our edwardian house might throw at him. He's a real expert in his field and makes lots of helpful suggestions (often to fix what others have done wrong in the past!). He's a problem solver and fixes things whenever he can - rather than instantly go for 'replace' - saving time and money. Highly recommend. This time round he added an extra radiator to our central heating system.”
