This cleaner is a massive fraud, a liar and has a pathetic personality. I paid 200 pounds for end of tenancy cleaning and she could not even do the barest minimum. She took advantage of lack of inspection. I paid without inspecting what she had done, only to find out she had put in zero effort and damaged the shelf area with cleaning products. Beyond this, she lied about the shelf area being damaged prior to her visit, even after she was confronted with a picture of the area taken a day prior to her visit. We would have done a way better job cleaning that flat ourselves. What a waste of money!
