There was a massive issue because we couldn't located the manhole as it had been buried in the garden by the previous owner. Tom managed to located the manhole and cleared out all the debris that had accumulated which included a few wet wipes. He also, provided us with a service to send the Camera down the drainage pipes so that we could see what was going on for ourselves. Tom is a true gentleman and a Master of his trade who I highly recommend rather than the usual generic companies."
