"Boiler run out of oil and wouldn’t start after oil delivery. Rang on a Thursday evening and was kindly talked through the steps to bleed the system. Came out the next day to sort out boiler pressure. A couple of days later, the boiler stopped working again (due to running dry previously), came out with 2 days but unfortunately proved a pain to get going as he trouble shot every possible issue. Part of the issue was faulty fuel pump which Jay sourced and collected late in the day. Boiler still wouldn’t start but still persevered and got the issued solved. Highly recommended."

Very proactive in chasing up the business. Arranged for a 12.00 appointment, received a message at 12.01 saying running a bit late, will keep me posted, that was the last communication I received.
