Overall a really great finish; came on time and got the job done swiftly and without fuss, while communicating with me throughout what he would be doing. +Came and gave us a price for papering and painting kitchen. Said he was busy so gave us a time frame end of July. Phoned him end of July and asked him to give us a date when he could complete the work. Never got back to me. Tried to phone him and always got answerphone. Sent him text meessages asking for start date and never got a reply. I am an 83 year old pensioner whose wife is disabled and if this is an example of how his customers are treated I cannot understand how he has got good reviews. I cannot understand why tradesmen quote for a job, and then fail to turn up.
