You are due to install a new alarm system at my home, and the existing system — inherited when I purchased the property — had no access codes. This caused issues when the decorators attempted to paint behind the PIR sensors, as the siren would activate. I called over the weekend, you advised that someone would attend on Monday morning to disarm the system. True to your word (without any reminder from me) at 8am today , your team arrived and resolved the issue promptly. That level of reliability and professionalism is rare"
