Diagnosed the problem quickly. Was very methodical in his investigation and gave confidence that the problem would be resolved. Parts immediately available on van and issues fixed without stress or aggravation. Prompt attendance and real old school service you often don't find anymore. Will now be my go to for any heating and plumbing needs

Did a boiler service, a gas safety check and fixed a bathroom water leak. Quick response to our enquiry, did good work, was efficient and friendly. Explained the work and the billing well. We will definitely use JLP again.
I had a shower fitted in my flat. The only reason I put 9 for tidiness is because it was an awkward space and not a lot of room in my very small bathroom, so really wasn’t Pat’s fault! But he done a splendid job with the space and I am over the moon with my new shower as I have more space now in my bathroom now the bath has been replaced with a shower
