We are very happy with design and finish, from the start communication has been great. We had lots of meeting to discuss appliances, colour schemes etc The Quote was broken down well and clear/ easy to read The Kitchen was well designed and he listened to all our needs and wishes. During design we did change our mind a few times and the new changes were always adhered ro The finish is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier

Justin and his team did external repairs on our house such as gutter repairs/removal, fixing blown tyrolean, preparing wooden fixtures for painting and finally painting the whole exterior of the house. So pleased with the end result - neighbours commenting how great it looks and looks so much smarter. Justin and team also very accommodating if any additional work needed to be added on while on site (such as replacing an external cast iron toilet pipe and fitting a new bathroom window). Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I have used JLS builders for both of my properties, excellent work all brilliant tradesmen, Steve,Del, Jay and John not forgetting the boss Justin. I wouldn’t use any other builders ever I highly recommend them. Their standard and quality of work, punctuality and also very tidy no mess left. Good, honest and hardworking all of them. New disabled bathroom for my mother completed within a week. No stress no headaches. Excellent. Thank you JLS builders.

My wife and I have just a had a single-story house extension completed by JLS Building Services and we could not be happier with the results. The quality of the work is second to none, and the entire project was completed in what feels like record time. Which is even more impressive given the amount of extra work we kept adding to the job! We really love what has been done, both inside and out, and are really pleased with how everything looks and works. From the aesthetics of the build to the functionality of all elements, it is all better than what we had originally expected. And if there was any aspect that was not quite right (which were few and far between) Justin and his team were quick to sort it. I could write so much more about what has gone well, and am sure I am leaving out aspects, but the bottom line is that using JLS was an excellent decision on our part. Dave & Sarah Brown

We were using our Garage as a bit of a store room and somewhere to put teh treadmill and a few weights. With lockdown (again) and no idea of future we decided to convert the space into 2/3rds gym and 1/3 storage (its double length). Approached a few builders but from talking to Chris at JLS knew they were the right people., He came round , explained the options and produced a quote to the agreed timeframe. The quote while not the cheapest was good value and included all elements and also was for a proper conversion (to building regs etc)rather than just a few boards nailed to a wall. Chris was great and stayed in touch through out project. But the real star was Andy who carried out the bulk of the work. I don't give praise easily but his work was outstanding, he couldn't have been more helpful and also very quick. Delighted with the final product and thanks to Andy and Chris I now have a great space to train in no matter what Covid throws at me

JLS built a side double extension for me. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly staff, very professional and quality work start to finish. I was unsure the brick would match my existing build but JLS reassured me they have a brick matching expert. Have to say I’m pleased with the match. Already neighbours are asking “who I used” and commenting on the work. I will definitely use this company should I have future projects.

We had a side and rear extension, along with a new driveway and patio carried out by JLS, which was to a very high standard. Justin ran the project for us, right from the off, he provided us with a highly detailed quote. During the project Justin was very approachable and any questions we had were answered quickly. If there was any snaggings (not many), these were resolved very quickly after being raised. We are very grateful and pleased with the end result and would highly recommend.

We had our house renovated during this time including a new kitchen fitted. It was a huge job, to say the least. Justin Slowley the managing director of JLS builders was excellent to deal with, he was knowledgeable, very understanding, along with having excellent communication skills. We got on well from the start and we found his company to be a very professional outfit. All members of his workforce were extremely conscientious. They were also well spoken, decent tradesmen and you felt at ease with them in your house. This is always a help, especially during such a stressful time as a renovation. We also found that all the work was value for money as all of the tradesmen really knew their stuff. No poor workmanship here! I can’t speak more highly of JLS builders and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking at doing home improvements in any capacity.

This is the second property Justin and his team have done for me. It was a complete overhaul in my maisonette every room, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedrooms Also exterior work rendering, flat roof and even the driveway. Am so happy with all the work that was undertaken it looks like a new property. I honestly can not recommend JLS building services enough. All work was done to a very high standard. You can leave JLS the keys and let them get on with it. They are trustworthy, clean and good value for money too. Any other future work I need I will always be going to JLS. Thank you Justin and Jay and team!!

JLS Did a really good job. We had a large rear extension,and the whole house gutted, new kitchen and new bathrooms. A great finish,nice people to deal with. It came with a few problems,but we got through them. Tony Cregor.THORPE BAY.
