Really quick to organise the survey on a property we were purchasing but never showed up to the job and didn't phone to say they couldn't attend the property. I ended up getting a phone call from the seller of the property at 3pm saying the company didn't turn up at 1pm as booked in. After emailing and messaging, we didn't get a response until hours later. The company did attempt to rebook for two days later but we couldn't afford another no show due to the timelines with purchasing the house.
