Instructing trade people as a solo female can be quite daunting but both Joseph and Phil took their time to explain the work that needed to be completed to stop a roof leak. Seeing that my knowledge base in this area was at a zero, they took right back to basics by explaining how my roof works in terms of draining water away (thanks Phil!) Essentially this is a company that gave me confidence, did what they said they were going to, they were on time and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend.”
