Joe and his colleague carried out the work efficiently , leaving no mess behind. Once work was complete Joe took the time to show photos of the repair works carried out. I appreciate that joe also followed up after we had heavy rain to check if all was OK. The leak has been completely resolved, and I’ve had no further issues."
