He then recommended the best replacement options which fit our needs (not only was the old boiler beyond repair but also far smaller than our requirements) and at our request sourced the best options for a very good price! Carried out all the works quickly, efficiently and very respectfully and showed us how to use it. Tidied up excellently afterwards.”

He investigated flow through the drainpipe from flat roof down to the street, concluded that problem was not to do with flow but due to ingress of leaves causing a blockage. He returned with a screen, which he fitted and recommended that occasional leaf removal should be instituted. He was very clear with communication and straightforward to deal with.”
