Clearly very skilled at what he does, but he also communicated really well, keeping us updated with progress and taking the time to explain when issues cropped up. He also kept things clear and tidy (which we appreciated, having young kids). He just made it all very easy. I’m leaving this review a year on and everything is as good as it was when he finished the job. Would recommend Joe in a heartbeat!"
