“I have known Joe for nearly 5 years and he was recommended as being knowledgeable with respect to old buildings (damp/lime mortar and render etc.) and he certainly is. After buying a circa 200 year old house in lockdown that had stood empty for several years, he has helped us out immeasurably with repairs and general advice - even when the advice is ‘leave well alone’ as opposed to a contrived and expensive alternative. As well as repairs/ maintenance he has also fitted a kitchen for us.”
