He paid attention to detail and went over and beyond what I expected. I was scared of getting a cowboy in. I pulled out all the stops to prevent that from happening. John certainly wasn't a cowboy. His paintwork was of a high quality too. He wasn't imposing. He was trustworthy. (You knew nothing was going to go missing.) Came across like he'd been decorating for years and years."
