Catering to a change in my plan at quote, being very clear at ordering and causing minimal disruption (water was only off in total for a few hours tops across the 2 weeks). It has made what can be a stressful process painless! Fitting was superb, communication was open and were super tidy, hoovering daily. They catered for when I asked for minor things (which I had forgotten such as adding door locks) and also brought their wealth of experience to some clever solutions and input to design.
