John,The kitchen has this week been reinstalled,and various bits have had attention.I will never agree with you,that because it is of a certain age,you had the right ,to kick the back out of the sink unit,because you were in too much of a hurry.That is not fair consideration of a customers furniture.The five broken legs,again I find amount to carelessness from you.Airing cupboard,and lounge doors are still impossible to close..I WAS happy with your work,now just very disappointed. This is getting old now, you were stood there with me when i removed your kitchen with tools not feet!!Your kitchen is extremely old and you were going to get a new one so legs falling of as we moved it didnt bother you because i screwed the units back onto the wall.Your door linings were screwed or nailed into the walls when your bungalow was built 100 years ago maybe,all i did was remove the floor not actually touching your door linings at all. John worked very very quickly,removing and replacing three complete floors.This meant removal of all floorboards, joist timbers,then replacing same.After he had completed the agreed work,I found two door frames twisted out of shape,and several broken parts to the kitchen,that is now being replaced. Mike has already rated me 4 stars and was happy with the work,he asked me to remove his already broken kitchen(maybe 30 years old) which he new about because i made him aware before touching it.I dont know how i would twist door linings as i didnt touch any.He also used my slide saw without permission and broke it cutting up his old joists.He is annoyed because i havent replied to him regarding a drill he has lost which he obviously thinks i have.
