This company is so efficient- in minutes of my enquiry they contacted myself and I organised the date and time for them to come and see the job then they did everything they could to fit in with my schedule, nothing was to much trouble for them.

Our sewage pump failed - we contacted James and he came out exactly when he said he would. Communication was good - and the pump was replaced in good time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Tony near Caersws.

Before replacing our tank and drainage field - James listened to what we wanted, explained the options (far clearer than the other larger company that gave a quote), made sure we were happy with the plan and price before starting. They were very efficient, did an excellent job - and very tidy - clearing all the mess (particularly important for us as the drainage field is our lawn. James and his team were superb and did a very nice job of installing our new septic tank and drainage system.
