He helped me source a very good electrician who checked the boiler and then he recommended the correct replacement parts which he supplied himself and fitted within 48 hours. Throughout the process James kept in touch with me to ensure I was happy with his recommendations and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, calling me directly when he needed to check anything. The cost was very reasonable too, I can’t recommend him enough.”
