"Excellent job and really nice guy - travelled a considerable way to get to us. Clearly communicated timings and cost, and worked very efficiently."

"Jack is a lovely guy, very polite and easy to have around."

"Nice guy, but abandoned the job halfway through. Had a missing back panel, but I said I would pick some panelling up from the DIY store while he went to lunch. Text him to let him know I got the panelling, but was a bit too large and will need to cut down. Jack text back saying didn't have tools to do that, but I replied not a problem, as I had a saw. Later, got a text saying he will not complete due to the quote not including carpentry. If he had bothered to check with me, that was not a problem, as I would cut it to size, and he just had to fit as normal. Pity as he was doing a good job."
