The company was required to remove skirting board radiators and replace them with conventional radiators, and paint the whole room. The work was carried out diligently and quality of the work was excellent.

House Renovation

JP Refurbishment London recently completed a large extension for us. We had used them previously in 2024 and were delighted with the results, so we didn’t hesitate to contact them again when we moved to our new house. The design was not straightforward as it involved connecting an existing room in the house with the garden at a lower level. JP navigated this design with ease allowing the original and new sections of the house to flow smoothly via a staircase into the new extension. The works involved were (Brick work, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, New Windows, Decoration, Carpentry etc). We were very impressed with all of the workers provided by JP and having a dedicated project manager with excellent attention to detail made the whole process much much more hassle free for us. We appreciate the fact that JP Refurbishment London, could take care of all aspects of the build, including the design and applying for the relevant permissions needed. We would not hesitate to recommend JP Refurbishment London to anyone wishing to undertake a similar type of build. We are delighted with our extension which has improved how we live in the house enormously.

Bit of a hiccup to begin (their truck had a puncture on start date) but all worked out well & high level gutter replacement done, tested and looking good plus some painting on 4 storey 1860s semi. Done with minimum fuss. Polite, friendly and considerate workers. Would have no problem in inviting them back.

Our kitchen was looking a bit tired after 25 years, so we decided it was time for a rip out and and a new installation. We had seen some of Jon's work and his very good reviews, so decided to contact him for a consultation and quote. He came up with very good ideas which gave us more integration and work space. We gave him the go ahead to design the kitchen and do the installation, including plumbing and flooring. JP also have an electrician who worked alongside Jorge. We were delighted with the final result and couldn't have been more pleased. Would definitely recommend Jon.

JP Refurbishment London Ltd recently renovated our house, including building an extension, a new garage, replacing the heating, plumbing and electrics and refitting the kitchen and bathroom. I cannot speak highly enough of Jon/Jorge and his team - the extensive five month project was completed on time and on budget to a very high standard. Throughout, Jon was responsive and flexible and worked with us to suggest a couple of smart alternatives to the architect's original plan that were more practical and saved us money. The snagging list was short and minor, and even after the final payment, there was no problem getting someone round to address them. In summary, JP and his team are a pleasure to work with and our experience with them was the opposite of every "nightmare builder" story. I'd recommend them unreservedly.
