“Josh is one of those rare people who is actually bothered. He takes great pride in his work and goes to a lot of trouble to do the best job he possibly can for you. He will make suggestions of better ways to do things to make the end result as good as possible. He does everything to a high standard. He covered the hallway & stairs to protect from any mess and he cleaned everything up in the evening before he left during the 3.5 days he was here. He is reliable and communication is always very good. Would highly recommend .”
