“Great communication, prompt and really helpful. The problem was that the heating and hot water was not turning on with the timer. After the fix, it turned on and off that evening, but then failed to turn off the next morning. After messaging the firm, they offered to come back the next day free of charge, but I reset the timer myself and it has worked fine since.”
