"Hired to remove shared chimney stack at back of house, sort out roof tiles and repair shared gutter. Turned up on time, were polite and friendly. Kept me updated on progress of work and work completed to high standard. Although just hired for that job, I asked them to look at a different chimney while they were here that was also leaking. They identified the issue and also completed the work (removing chimney pots and capping chimney). This seems to have finally fixed the leak into my bedroom! Very happy with the standard of work done, and really nice people to deal with."
