He was then very communicative and we easily sorted out what was required and areed a start date. The guys who did the work were very good and efficient and, although James said it would take 5 days, they had actually finished in 4. They completed the work to a good standard and were very tidy. There are a small number of snagging issues to address but overall we are very happy.”
