Jamie was punctual, polite and competitively priced. He arrived on time and left no mess which was a blessing based on other previous companies used. I'll definitely be using his services again !

Jamie was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. We had been trying for a while to get someone to do the work we needed and it was becoming quite a challenge, until we found Jamie. He got back to us very quickly, spent time on understanding our requirements and gave us a realistic time frame for the work to be carried out. Due to this, he was able to quote us accurately. Jamie was incredibly respectful whilst in our home and gave us complete confidence that he was in complete control of the project at hand. We will not be looking anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend this firm.
Jamie introduced himself at the door, took his shores off without being asked (so impressed) and talked me through what he was inspecting, and got my boiler running again whilst I waited for the replacement. Jamie returned with his team and needed to run a new gas main and install the new boiler outlet through the roof. They worked until 8pm to finish for me. I had hot water and heating, again. Jamie called me a few days later to see everything was working . That’s unheard of these days and it’s shows how confident about their quality of work, and professional they are. I’ll use JT again for all plumbing and heating jobs I have. Professional, friendly and accommodating. Nicola
Quick to call back. Offered same day appointment or a Saturday. Was bang on time. Removed shoes every time they entered house. Fast, efficient and polite. Now our go to plumber.
We tried to get hold of a plumber for sometime with no joy, found Jamie through trustatrader and left a call back message, expecting no reply. Within a few hours he contacted us arranged to pop round to have a look what was needed, sent through a quote, we agreed a date for the work. He turned up did a very professional job (all work completed quickly and left no mess) we are very pleased with the work and are definitely going to use him again.
