"We have spent years trying to find a reliable builder and now thanks to Checkatrade we have found Jim - JTS Property Maintenance. Jim has done roofing - our house and a shed, he has decorated both interior and exterior, re-laid our block paving and added drainage, repaired a ceiling that had fallen down , installed an en suite shower room and done a lot of other little things. We have been so pleased with his workmanship and reasonable costs. He is also a very nice person. We feel so pleased to know that if anything else needs to be done we have someone trustworthy and reliable to call upon."

We have spent years trying to find a reliable builder and now thanks to Checkatrade we have found Jim - JTS Property Maintenance. Jim has done roofing - our house and a shed, he has decorated both interior and exterior, re-laid our block paving and added drainage, repaired a ceiling that had fallen down , installed an en suite shower room and done a lot of other little things. We have been so pleased with his workmanship and reasonable costs. He is also a very nice person. We feel so pleased to know that if anything else needs to be done we have someone trustworthy and reliable to call upon.
