“We have spent years trying to find a reliable builder and now thanks to Checkatrade we have found Jim - JTS Property Maintenance. Jim has done roofing - our house and a shed, he has decorated both interior and exterior, re-laid our block paving and added drainage, repaired a ceiling that had fallen down , installed an en suite shower room and done a lot of other little things. We have been so pleased with his workmanship and reasonable costs. He is also a very nice person. We feel so pleased to know that if anything else needs to be done we have someone trustworthy and reliable to call upon.”
