I’m very happy with the service from JTS Security. The job was excellent from start to finish. Matt arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and very courteous throughout the whole visit. One thing that really stood out to me was that he took his shoes off when entering my premises, which was a big plus in my books and showed real respect for my home. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner, clearly knowing exactly what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was neat and tidy, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend JTS

Richard is very personable and professional. The new system was installed very efficiently, and all areas were left clean and tidy. When he had finished, he explained everything to us which was very easy to understand. Certainly the new system is easier to operate than the old one. Richard visited on two occasions and phoned both times to confirm he was on his way. Having read a number of other feedbacks, we fullyl concur with peoples' comments. The work was carried on time, very tidely, and at the price originally stated. Matthew, the fitter of the system, managed to hide or disguise the wiring throughout. I could not help but be impressed at his attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Could not fault them. Put in touch through check a trade. They emailed me with a price for what I wanted. Then someone came out to check everything. Then received a written quote by email. Arranged a date. Matthew came out to fit the new alarm. No mess, he even took his shoes off.

We wanted to replace a outdated alarm system, using as much of the original hardware as possible. JTS recommended a new system at a competitive rate, provided clear explanations of why they'd recommended that system and how it worked, and then installed it with minimal mess and fuss. Malfunctioning house alarm. Called JTS who attended quickly and dealt with the alarm, which is now functioning correctly. Excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
