“I’m very happy with the service from JTS Security. The job was excellent from start to finish. Matt arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and very courteous throughout the whole visit. One thing that really stood out to me was that he took his shoes off when entering my premises, which was a big plus in my books and showed real respect for my home. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner, clearly knowing exactly what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was neat and tidy, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend JTS”

“Richard is very personable and professional. The new system was installed very efficiently, and all areas were left clean and tidy. When he had finished, he explained everything to us which was very easy to understand. Certainly the new system is easier to operate than the old one. Richard visited on two occasions and phoned both times to confirm he was on his way. Having read a number of other feedbacks, we fullyl concur with peoples' comments. We would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you, Richard, you have done an excellent job.”

Could not fault them. Put in touch through check a trade. They emailed me with a price for what I wanted. Then someone came out to check everything. Then received a written quote by email. Arranged a date. Matthew came out to fit the new alarm. No mess, he even took his shoes off.

We wanted to replace a outdated alarm system, using as much of the original hardware as possible. JTS recommended a new system at a competitive rate, provided clear explanations of why they'd recommended that system and how it worked, and then installed it with minimal mess and fuss. Malfunctioning house alarm. Called JTS who attended quickly and dealt with the alarm, which is now functioning correctly. Excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

JTS Security Systems are very professional. The installer was incredibly polite and helpful and explained very clearly how the alarm works. He took great care to position the new sensors so that we did not need to redecorate when the old sensors were removed. I would not hesitate to recommend them...in fact they were recommended to me.

Richard from JTS security system came to my bungalow to set up HD digital video recorder and fit new cameras that I already had, he was a very polite, young man even took his shoes off when he came inside, very knowledgeable he did a brilliant job. I was really pleased he could set up the cameras that I had , Excellent service I would definitely recommend 100% thank you Richard .

Turned up on time, gave me expert advice were to install and went through all the options. Did an excellent job of installing 6 cameras and a recorded, all done within a day!
