Employed Julian to render my external garden wall. Julian arrived on the day and time agreed with all materials for the job. I left Julian to complete the job which he did within a few hours. Upon completion all looked well, the wall required time to dry. At this point I will see the complete finish to the rendered wall. The next morning when I observed the wall, ut appeared to have cracks within the rendering. I immediately contacted Julian to inform him of this and sent pictures. Julian assured me he would be around the next day to fix the cracks in the wall. Julian did not show up. Over the next week I made several attempts to contact Julian however recieved radio silence and to date no contact. Julian never returned to fix the poorly rendered wall he did for me. Be very cautious if hiring for work. Poor work completion, poor communication. I would recommend avoiding.
