We have found that Junk It are excellent to work with. They have been able to visit at times which are convenient and dictated by us. Paul and Cammy arrived and made it very easy for us. They are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They kept us updated on arrival time and explained the pricing structure. Junk It are always quick at responding to emails. We would definitely recommend Junk It and will use them again in the future.
Steven and Dominic were the team who came to do the clear out They were excellent really helpful and cleaned up carefully before they left I will definitely be using them again to Also when I phoned the staff were really helpful Kathleen
Matthew and Steven arrived on time, assessed the job then carried it out very efficiently and cleanly. Friendly, informative - excellent service from them both. Highly recommend for removal/disposal of multiple, bulky household items.
this is the third time I’ve used this service and every time the guys are always excellent. That’s 6 different employees and every one of them are so nice, polite and professional and it really makes such a difference. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
The two young men who removed my bed etc could have been no more polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company

Thanks to Jordan and connor for a quick turnaround,very polite too.
Dom & Jordan, were excellent professionals. On time, communication was first class, and did a very good job with the removal process. Highly recommend both of them.
I emailed Junk-IT on Sunday night asking if they could collect on Tuesday between 4-5pm. Monday received an email to confirm Tuesday between 4-5 was available. Dom & Daniel phoned about 3.30pm to say they would arrive in about half an hour. They turned up exactly as promised, took away all the rubbish and were so polite and professional. I have used Junk-It multiple times and have no hestation recommending them and I will be using them again. Thanks Dom, thanks Daniel.
Daniel and Sean were polite, friendly and professional, they explained how the pricing worked, and had the job completed in less than 10 minutes. I would use Junk It again. Great company and reasonably priced too.

Great service, from the initial enquiry with David, quick response, good price, Steven & Dominic were polite, helpful nothing was any problem for them , even entertaining my grandson, great company will definitely use again, & recommend to others

This was the after - they took away SO MUCH STUFF. It was fantastic. Jordan and Sean were friendly, lovely, really hardworking and patient with what was not a very nice job - I couldn't be happier. The job was done so quickly, too.

Connor and Peter are acredit to your company. Nothing was too much bother. From the swift appointment to actual clearance the guys where brilliant. Polite and courteous young guys, hard working. I would definitely recommend. Very satisfied.

I would highly recommend Junk-It, I have worked with many similar services over the years and this was by far the best from the initial contact to job completion. The company also plants a tree for every truck customers fill, I love a company that gives back..well worth supporting, they are too few and far between. Thank you Junk-It for an all round great experience.

Can’t fault the men who carried out the job. (Dom, Charlie, Eddie and Jordan) They were all very polite and hard working. After seeing the items we wanted uplifted they gave us the price which seemed very reasonable. Kept us informed in all they were doing and had it all loaded in their vans in under 45 minutes. Will definitely use again.

Dom and Sean from Junk It arrived promptly, were polite and easy to work with. They chatted through the brief then rolled up their sleeves and did a thorough clear of an attic and garage full of various stuff. They kept me up to date and asked questions if in doubt. They even helped me brush up afterwards. So all in all a very positive experience and I’m glad I’ve got them involved in clearing my parents house which is never an easy job.
