Justin attended this job at the agreed time. He fixed a toilet and plumbing for a washing machine. So far the quality of work seems ok. I paid the agreed charge by BACS within 24 hours. I twice requested a receipt for the money I paid, and although he said that it would be issued, I have not yet received anything. I think the issuing of a receipt for money paid is standard practice, so was surprised to find this plumber so disobliging.
