Need two big pieces of glass replacement in the gable end of my loft extension after cracks in laminate glass and a smashed shatterproof glass door had been hit by kamikaze pigeons. Quoted quickly, visited to validate the measurements, fitted me in as soon as the glass was available. He turned up on time and completed the work tidily , quickly (45 minutes) and professionally, even fixing issues with the screws in the original uPVC frame. Herculaneum effort taking the bigger piece of laminated glass to the loft with his helper as it weighed 60-65 kg!

Alan was clearly very experienced and has being doors and windows many years. Gave a real reassurance that I was in safe hands. Price for the work, replacing two double glazed glass units and two handle very reasonable. Will use again if the need arises.
Alan replaced the handles on two windows and one which had jammed. He searched for the correct rpelacemnets as the originals no longer were avaialble. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reliable and provided a fast service. Will definitely use again when needed and can highly recommend him.
Mr Randel has just completed a programme of rectification works at our Bea h front property. He has completed many installations in the past and has proven to be a reliable competent contractor and on every occasion has provided an amazing service. I will continue to use his services and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for future employment. Thanks again for an impeccable service.

Alan replaced fogged up double glazing units and repaired ill fitting exterior double glazed uPVC doors and windows with great skill. He always kept us informed. I have used his services on numerous occasions and he has never let me down. I think he represents excellent value for money.
Alan has done windows and doors for me over 2 houses and i would gladly recommend him to family and friends. He is punctual, tidy and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy.
Called Alan out to adjust door and Windows,was having problems with closing,door and the windows,some hinges were replaced,all closing superbly now.
