Responded very quickly to initial contact and prompt service. Arrived as promised at the appointment time. Very professional and experienced - very quickly diagnosing the issue and made the appropriate repair to the window. Very reasonable too for the work carried out. Also gave useful advice on other areas we are considering upgrading at a later date. No hesitation in recommending and very happy to use his services again. Saved us having to replace the window.

Need two big pieces of glass replacement in the gable end of my loft extension after cracks in laminate glass and a smashed shatterproof glass door had been hit by kamikaze pigeons. Quoted quickly, visited to validate the measurements, fitted me in as soon as the glass was available. He turned up on time and completed the work tidily , quickly (45 minutes) and professionally, even fixing issues with the screws in the original uPVC frame. Herculaneum effort taking the bigger piece of laminated glass to the loft with his helper as it weighed 60-65 kg!

Alan was clearly very experienced and has being doors and windows many years. Gave a real reassurance that I was in safe hands. Price for the work, replacing two double glazed glass units and two handle very reasonable. Will use again if the need arises.

Today Alan came and fitted a new front door and frame. I am so pleased with Alan's workmanship The door looks great the finish is spot on. Alan gave me a really good price for the door, the frame , the fitting and the disposal of the old door and frame. It was worth every penny. I definitely will be calling Alan again to work on my windows next.

Alan was very professional in everyway. He was quick to answer the phone as was his attendance to inspect. Alan kept me up to date with regard to delivery. He went out of his way to complete the job and was extremely tidy. Workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend him.
